1) Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using PodSot.com (the “Platform”), you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2) What PodSot Provides

• Public listings for businesses such as car rentals, hotels, and hostels.
• Direct contact options (call, WhatsApp, and inquiry forms) so customers can reach business owners directly.
• Tools for users to register and submit listings from anywhere in the world.

3) Listings Are Currently Free

At this time, listings on PodSot.com are provided without charge. In the future, PodSot may introduce a yearly listing fee or other paid features. If pricing changes, we will provide notice on the Platform and/or inside vendor accounts before applying it.

4) Claiming a Listing, Suggesting Edits, and Removal Requests

• Claim: If a listing represents your business, you may use the claim option available on the listing to request control.
• Suggest Edit: Anyone may submit corrections using the suggest-edit option available on the listing.
• Removal: If you want a listing removed, contact us using the contact options available on PodSot.com. We will review and remove when appropriate.

5) Vendor and User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit (pricing, services, photos, contact numbers, location, etc.).
• You must have the right to upload and publish content (text, photos, logos, and other materials).
• You must not post misleading, illegal, harmful, or abusive content.

6) AI Content Improvement

PodSot may use automated tools (including AI) to improve listing text for clarity, readability, and SEO—while aiming to preserve the original meaning. If something becomes incorrect, you can request correction using suggest-edit or by contacting us.

7) Direct Contact and Bookings

Any booking, deal, or communication happens directly between the customer and the business owner. PodSot does not guarantee availability, pricing, or service quality. Always confirm details directly with the business before making payment or travel plans.

8) Analytics and Tag Management

PodSot uses site-wide tag management and analytics (such as Google Tag Manager) to improve performance, security, and user experience. We do not install private vendor-specific conversion codes inside PodSot listings by default.

9) Account and Access

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or harm the Platform.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

10) Intellectual Property

PodSot branding, design, and platform software are protected. You may not copy or misuse them without permission. You retain ownership of the content you submit, but you grant PodSot permission to display it on the Platform.

11) Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is”. PodSot is not responsible for losses or disputes arising from direct contacts, listings, or third-party services. To the maximum extent allowed by law, PodSot’s liability is limited.

12) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
